Paper Submission
The submitted papers will be published as a part of Springer Book Series “Mechanism and Machine Science” with the title "Proceedings of the 5th International Tribology Symposium of IFToMM".
Authors should prepare a paper with a minimum length of 6 pages and a maximum of 10 pages in Springer proceedings paper format
The submitted papers will be reviewed and, If accepted, authors can select “Standard License to Publish Agreement”. The Standard License does not require any publication fees (the registration fee for ITS-IFToMM 2024 is required).
One paper for each registration is allowed.
A second (maximum) paper should be uploaded by registered authors by an extra quota of 100€.
Preparation of full paper
The potential authors are requested to prepare their contributions by following Information for Authors of Springer Proceedings. LaTeX Package and Word Template are available. You should prepare a full paper with a length of 6-10 pages.
Initial submission of full paper (15th December 2023 on due) (20th January 2024 on due)
Your paper must be submitted via ITS-IFToMM 2024 on Springer Nature EquinOCS system.

Final submission of full paper (1st February 2024 on due) (24th February 2024 on due)
Acceptance of full papers will be notified by 20th January 2024 10th February 2024 by email with review comments. Please take these comments into account when preparing the final version of your full paper.
The final version of your full paper must be submitted via ITS-IFToMM 2024 on Springer Nature EquinOCS by 1st February 2024 24th February 2024. Please be sure to use the same account with which you submitted your full paper and click “Submit Final Version” to proceed.

After submitting the final version of your paper, at least one author must complete the Author Registration, not lather than 30th April 2024, in order for your paper to be included in the Proceedings of ITS-IFToMM 2024.
